QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED; experience driving a twelve-passenger or larger vehicle. Must possess a valid Class B driver’s license or be willing to apply. Must be able to maintain composure while driving patients during rush hour on local freeways, streets and highways; basic automotive maintenance; basic auto repair skills, such as ability to change a flat tire, ability to check fluid levels and add fluids, ability to check tire inflation, etc., ability to operate wheelchair lift. Must be able to concentrate on work amidst distractions such as noise, conversations and foot traffic; must be able to consistently meet deadlines; must be flexible in work hours in order to meet patient and organization operating needs. Must be able to read and comprehend manuals and/or instructions. Must maintain self-control in volatile or hostile customer service interactions. Must have ability to perform several tasks concurrently. Must have skills in maintaining information as highly confidential.
