IT Support Analyst
Mental Illness is more prevalent than ever after all we have endured since 2020. As the leading (and largest) free-standing psychiatric hospital in Atlanta, Peachford is here to help. We are searching for an on-site IT Support Analyst with entry-level experience to provide IT support to our 246-bed hospital and 500 employees. Peachford has been a leader in behavioral health and addictive disease treatment since 1973. Nearly 10,000 children, adults and seniors every year come to Peachford seeking the best psychiatric care available. Our hospital is located on a 38 acre wooded campus in the Dunwoody neighborhood of North Atlanta.

What we will ask you to be responsible for in this role:
- Configure, install, set-up and trouble-shoot desktop hardware and software for workstation, printers and other peripherals to operate on hospital network. Establish users accounts and access; reset passwords. Solve connectivity issues on workstations and wireless hubs.
- Manage the installation of hardware and software for system upgrades and provide installation support.
- Install, and maintain appropriate network protocols.
- Implement and maintain procedures for server downtime and disaster planning. Monitor environmental conditions within server room and other pertinent work areas.
- Implement policies and procedures for security of remote network access and ensure compliance with established corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Manage cable connections, drops and panels in the system and handle necessary changes and additions.
What's Required In Order to Successful in this Role:

- Education – Bachelors degree in an IT related field.
- Experience – Prefer one year of on-site IT support experience
- Certification - CompTIA Security ;CompTIA A

- Written and oral communication skills.

- Knowledge of acute psychological disorders, and advanced principals of abnormal psychology.
- Familiarity with follow-up resource services available to patients.
- Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential.
- Ability to treat all age populations as needed or have the capacity to develop skills through the
- organization’s cross-training and orientation program.
- Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation.
