The Brook Hospitals are seeking an IT Director to join our team!
Position Summary:
The IT Director is responsible for providing information systems services to both facilities which may include performing basic computer maintenance, setting up new computers, help desk calls, getting computers that are out of commission ready for removal, troubleshooting computer system problems, working with CFO/Corporate IT to mandate security procedures are followed, and other tasks as assigned by CFO/Corporate IT.
Essential Functions:
- Process purchase requests for equipment relevant to I.T. purposes of both individual personnel and the facilities
- Responsible for the receiving, setup and configuration, as well as deployment/installation/implementation of I.T. equipment
- Through coordination with Corporate I.T. Department/Help Desk, maintain operability of I.T. equipment
- Assist local computer users with problems related to their assigned I.T. equipment
- Coordinate with Corporate I.T. Department in deployment of software and software updates
- Analyze, identify, and correct local network problems
- Serve as I.T. Contact for Corporate personnel, as well as vendors of I.T. related hardware and software
- Work on assigned projects or special in a timely manner including other duties assigned by CFO or CEO
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Reimage computers as necessary when assigned. Assist in maintaining hardware inventory, networking, and update as needed.
- Observe business and financial confidentiality at all times
- Provide computer system support to KMI facility.
- Maintain the computer hardware and software according to corporate guidelines. Request the assistance of corporate support systems or other vendor contracts as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to operate in an unstructured environment, orchestrate a myriad of activities and to manage multiple priorities within complex and changing systems

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelors of Science
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:
CompTIA A - Preferred
Microsoft technology associate (MTA) – Preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Required: One to three years of experience
Preferred: Five to eight years of experience
