Horizon Health, the nation's leading provider of psychiatric contract management services, seeks a Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC) for our 15-bed Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Program at our client hospital in Russellville, AR. Provide inpatient social work to behavioral health patients and families. Perform psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, family and group therapy, treatment planning, and resource development. Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or similar field
- A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Social Work (MSW)
- Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services (LMSW or state equivalent)
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar position and/or industry
