Maintenance Technician
Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our busy Plant Operations department.
What Role Will You Play?
The Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests.
What Will You Get To Do?
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:
- Repair and maintain HVAC equipment. Will be able to demonstrate an ability to work on heating and cooling units from 1 ton to 25 ton rooftop units.
- General repair, painting, and maintenance of building, in particular show an ability to perform sheet rock repair and proper painting techniques.
- Maintain grounds to include ice and snow removal and maintenance of parking lot.
- Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair. Ability to work on plugged sewers, flush valves, specialty faucets. Able to work on electrical from low voltage to 277V lights and ballasts

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. General maintenance experience is preferred. Experience working in a Psychiatric facility preferred but not required.
