Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises and evaluates the performance of nursing staff as needed.
- Develops, implements, authorizes, and revises Standards of Nursing Practice and Care.
- Represents nursing in management committees, forums and corporate events.
- Participates in all relevant functional quality and operations meetings.
- Assures practices comply with professional nursing standards.
Education and Experience
- Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with mental health and or addiction issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience as a charge nurse or above required.
