Schick Shadel Hospital, is seeking a full-time Patient Services Facilitator with excellent organizational and communication skills. Schick Shadel Hospital, a 60 bed alcohol and substance use disorder hospital located in the outskirts of Seattle, has been providing successful chemical dependency treatment since 1935.
The Patient Services Facilitator will develop a rapport with patients to ensure the patient has knowledge of the treatment, data collected is accurate and facilitate the rehab interview.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure: Must possess an Affiliated Counselor registration for the State of Washington.
Additional Requirements: Communication skills necessary to develop and to maintain a professional relationship with individuals and co-workers.
