The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Project Manager - Advertising to manage projects submitted into the internal Agency by Acute Care facilities. This position will provide critical support to the Senior Marketing Account Manager overseeing 40 facility/health system entities. Projects include: brand identity development, brand campaign creative concepts, integrated, multi-channel brand campaign planning, website development and maintenance, media campaigns across digital & print, email and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of engagements
- Participate in the definition of project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and success measures, while ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track, monitor, and control progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the course of each engagement
- Establish and maintain key partnerships with local marketing teams as the point of contact at the Corporate Agency
- Coordinate and lead client status calls including project reporting, facilitate project revisions/updates and provide follow-up on client requests
- Review and QA project deliverables prior to client review to ensure proper pull through of requirements and objectives
- Participate in the administration of Advertising Department workflow application (e.g. Workfront)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in Project or Account Management preferrably in an agency setting.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of project management methods, and procedures including ability to work with end users to determine design specifications, business requirements and process improvement workflows
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Basic understanding of digital and web technologies/strategies
- Healthcare product/service experience, preferredAdvanced computer skills and experience with workflow applications (e.g., Workfront, Teamwork.com)
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required
- Travel up to 10%
