Alliance Health Center is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to lead the decision making and implementation of Dynamic Market Strategies for assigned markets. Leader of the growth strategy for the assigned market(s) and region with responsibility for execution related to improvement in payer mix, increase in market share, and expansion of the care continuum
Located in Meridian, Mississippi, Alliance Health Center is a 154-bed acute care psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital. The facility offers treatment programs for adults and adolescents and has a unique program track specifically for seniors. The Alliance campus is also home to The Crossings, a 60-bed residential treatment facility for adolescents.
For over 40 years, Alliance has been dedicated to serving individuals with acute mental and behavioral health disorders and addiction issues across the state of Mississippi and Alabama. Specific programs are provided for patients according to their diagnosis and age. As a Regional Director you would be a part of our team of professionals working to provide the best care possible. Our behavioral health programs are offered to all ages from adolescents to seniors. Detoxification, dual diagnosis and New Leaf Recovery are offered to individuals ages 18 and up. We have a full spectrum of addiction services, from detoxification to our 30 day New Leaf Recovery program. We also offer dual diagnosis programming for those with mental illness and substance abuse.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Five years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred
.
Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of the behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming. Must possess demonstrated superior leadership abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotion as well as management of sales, advertising, social media, online presence and, public relations resources; creativity and flexibility. Skills in data collection and analysis, interpretation, application and, evaluation; strategic planning skills; record of adherence to deadlines; customer service skills; teaching or training skills; willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
