Job Summary: The Strategic Initiatives Manager will be responsible for managing and driving key strategic projects, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of our organization's objectives within the health plan and value-based care landscape. The position will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The role requires regular travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 2 years of experience in project management, strategy, or a related field within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Health Plans and Value-Based Care.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, health plan operations, and value-based care models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized individual with strong skills in content summarization and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze healthcare data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on project requirements and company needs.
