We are hiring for a Weekend Clinical Services Therapist!

Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Springwoods Behavioral Health is convenient to all of Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region. The mental health hospital’s 80 beds accommodate adolescents and adults. The two-story patient wing has expansive windows to take advantage of the surrounding views and create open and bright patient areas. The campus also features a one story building for therapy, education, dietary and administrative purposes. The six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123-acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, which is held in perpetuity and cannot be developed from its natural state. This provides Springwoods with a peaceful setting for those embarked on the road to recovery.

The Clinical Services Therapist: manages and coordinates the integration of the social services function in patient care; provides patient care functions including completing psychosocial assessments, participating as an active member of the treatment team in formulating treatment plans and establishing discharge plans with patients, including family members when appropriate; provides inpatient and/or outpatient therapy to include group, individual and family therapy to patients of all age groups; facilitates communication with physicians, other hospital disciplines, referral sources, aftercare providers, and community service agencies; ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with The Joint Commission standards, CMS, state health department, and all other regulatory standards; participates in business development activities as needed or indicated.

Current LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMSW or PhD required. LCSW is preferred in state of Arkansas. Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. A minimum of two (2) years behavioral health experience, preferably in an inpatient or intensive outpatient setting.
