BUSINESS ANALYST (RIAASC-22-1106-F):
Bowhead seeks a Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between customers and technology in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Army Sustainment Command contract located in Rock Island, IL.
- The Business Analyst studies and analyzes customers' business requirements and translates them into technical requirements. The Business Analyst is familiar with customers' environment and workflow in order to match them with the best technical solutions.
- Represents the customer viewpoint during internal development meetings and reviews.
- Contributes to quality assurance and usability testing as well as development of technical and user documentation.
- Assignments are based on the best alignment of individual expertise and availability, as well as the request's characteristics, requirements, and complexity. As the project team gathers more data and begins making plans and designs, may reassign resources to ensure the best alignment between project needs and team members' expertise.
- To manage expectations, improve accountability, and provide formal tracking, the Business Solutions Architect may be required to notify each member of their assignment by email and clearly define roles and responsibilities for the project and specific phase.

BS/BA Degree or equivalent is required- Minimum of five to eight (5-8) years' of direct relevant work experience is required
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
