Position Summary
Lead the development of a Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of care.
- Address provider behavior and impairment issues
- Oversee and assure appropriate documentation and care planning
- Lead the development of a Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease.
- Establish and maintain effective education programs in Pediatric Infectious Disease for medical students and residents. Collaborate with other faculty in maintaining excellence in general pediatric education.
- Stimulate and nurture scholarly activity within the Division. Establish an area of research interest and academic activity.
- Maintain a clinical service program to meet regional needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a full spectrum of Infectious Disease.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
