The Associate Engineer (AE) will take the lead to establish a culture of learning, creativity, organization, and courtesy in the UI labs at the Boise Center. The AE will do this effectively and patiently with a diverse body of constituents – including faculty, staff, and students from different disciplines and backgrounds, external agency and company personnel, external vendors and consultants, and the Idaho Water Center Building Engineer. The AE will supervise the safe and effective operation of, (a) manual and CNC shop equipment and, (b) sophisticated computer operated field and lab instrumentation.
