UKG is looking for an experienced Lead System Consultant to fill a need due to substantial growth. We are seeking an individual who has experience partnering with internal/external resources to design, development and deploy managed service products for UKG Dimensions, UKG Workforce Central, Dell Boomi Interfaces, WIM Interfaces. Our customers include small and enterprise large across diverse industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing hands on configuration of UKG Central and/or Dimensions with other Enterprise applications

• Assess customer business challenges, policies and procedures to translate them into applicable solutions

• Collaborate directly with customers to ensure proper alignment of produced solutions, but work independently to produce these solutions

• Deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and UKG organization

• Manage the customer relationship and change request projects as assigned

• Manage customer project and/or accounts including communicating with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalating issues to manager as necessary

• Understand and be able to articulate how the technologies supporting UKG solutions make our product functional

• Train junior consultants in various areas of workforce management

Qualifications

• BS/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information

Systems, or related discipline (or related experience)

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience implementing a UKG

Workforce Management Solution - WFD and WFC

AND a Minimum of 3.5 years of integrations development for Boomi

and WIM

• Proven experience working with WFC and WFD integration including

WIM and Dell boomi. Associate Dell Boomi Developer Certification (for

UKG Dimensions resources) preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG

Dimensions modules related to scheduling, absence management,

custom reporting, integrations/APIs, HR/payroll processing

• Experience working with integration or implementations of SaaS

based systems

• Travel up to 0-25%

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $95,000 to $100,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,250 to $115,000 per year.
