Your Role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, responding with an upbeat and positive attitude over the phone and E-mail platforms.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Process incoming work orders efficiently, inputting vital data into our UELLC systems with precision.
• Craft estimates based on a detailed analysis of work orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Keep our documentation pristine, updating all necessary records with an unparalleled focus on detail.
• Manage scheduling with a keen eye, coordinating with team members and adjusting as needed to accommodate changes and communicate effectively.
• Ensure seamless workflow between teams and clients, acting as a linchpin for information and coordination.
