General Summary

The Brow Waxing Expert (Esthetician/Cosmetologist) is responsible for demonstrating and selling Benefit products and performing services including eyebrow and facial waxing, as well as brow tinting. The Brow Waxing Expert is also responsible for maintaining State Board regulations, while keeping accurate and complete records. Providing excellent customer service, achieving all service and product goals, as well as following Benefit and Ulta Beauty guidelines, is also expected. Must be 18 years old to apply with an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology licensee as required by law.

As a Brow Waxing Expert you will……

· Provide excellent customer services at all times to all Ulta Beauty Guests whether at the boutique or in other parts of the stores as the business dicates.

· Achieve personal/boutique sales and service goals.

· Demonstarte, recommend and sell Benefit products.

· Perform services, including but not limited to: eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Temporary eyelash strips and individuals are included, as well as eye-mask applications.

· Use online appointment booking system to book, track and rebook appointments, actively up-servicing guests when appropriate.

· Converting our service guests to purchasing Benefit product.

· Follow all safety, sanitation and hygenic guidelines before, during and after services.

· Create and maintain a partnership with Prestige Consultants, Team Members and Salon Professionals to promote team work and a higher level of customer service.

· Partner with General Manager for managerial support, such as supply orders and schedules.

· Assist in all store operational processes.

· Ensure Prestige Department and Boutique standards are met at all times.

· Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

· Attend mandatory Benefit and Ulta training meetings, parties and events.

Experience we are looking for….

· Cosmetology/ Esthetic active license

· Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting is preferred but not required.

· Proficiency with us of technical equipment to perform technical work.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to build and maintain strong customer and manager relationships.

Other

· On a regular basis, requires ability to walk.

· On a regular basis, requires ability to reach with hands and arms.

· On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.

· On a regular basis, requires the ability to climb a ladder and balance.

· On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move 30-50lbs.

· On a regular basis, requires the ability to stoop, knee, and crouch, if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

· Hair Removal Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
