Position: Administrative Assistant/Office Manager (100% in office)

Duties/Details:
- Pay: $45K-$52K depending on experience (this is an hourly paid position) to start.
- Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. In February - April it will involve 4-6 hours extra/week overtime pay during busy tax season
- Direct hire and 100% in office
- Utilize MailChimp for drafting and distributing client correspondance
- Generate reports and run data scans
- Manage client billings, accounts receivable, and collections communication
- Check in, assemble, and deliver tax returns and other deliverables
- Assist Partners and Supervisors on special projects as needed
- Front desk reception and clerical duties such as answering phones, assisting clients and vendors, and mail preparation
- Manage and reschedule meetings on Executive calendars
- Complete client onboarding and maintain client database
- Build and develop relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service as the primary liaison between staff and clients
- 2 years of professional in-office work experience as an Admin, Client Associate, etc. is required.
- Any AR (accounts receivable) experience is great! Invoicing, payment processing, also counts.
- Experience in a CPA firm or similar professional environment is a plus!
- Computer skills in all Microsoft programs and ability to learn new software is important
- Capable of balancing multiple projects and able to shift quickly from one task to another
- Ability to be attentive and patient with clients

- Summer hours are about 36 hours per week (closed Fridays). If you want to work the 40 hours you can work 9 hour days during M-Th during summer hours.
