Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our clients team, specializing in the assembly and operation of optic lenses and related equipment.
This role involves setting up and running CNC equipment to produce quality optical components.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC Diamond turning, CNC grinding, or CNC polishing machines in respect to the production schedule
- Use engineering diagrams and process work instructions based on established procedures
- Ensure clean work space
- Utilize basic math and statistical knowledge to collect, analyze, and report data for production processes
- Verify conformance of product to precise specifications using metrology equipment
Requirements :
- Degree : High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience : Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant CNC machine production experience
- Must be a US Citizen (or Permanent Resident / Greencard Holder)
- Must possess basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Must be able to set up and run CNC machine equipment
- Must be able to perform measurements on high precision components
Additional Information :
- Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (10 hour shifts)
- Salary : $20.00 - $26.00 / hourly (Depending on experience)
- 1st & 2nd shifts available
- Opportunity for regular overtime
