- Develop and execute a comprehensive telesales plan, including cold-calling prospective customers
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and close sales generated by cold calling
- Gather information and resolve issues
- Generate sales through outbound sales calling, prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business from leads
- Perform a high volume of outbound calls for sales calls and follow-ups
- Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities and outbound cold calls
- Handle inbound customer service calls and achieve sales and customer service objectives
