Responsibilities:
- Aid in developing and disseminating onboarding materials for new content?development efforts
- Ensure progress against project milestones from inception to final deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output for projects
- Drive vendor communications regarding service delivery targets and any related initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Program owners, QC, DS, and
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and content performance and adjust content lifecycle using insights?
- Participate in forecasting for project including impacts to cost and deliverables.
- Identify and address any impediments to project success and implement mitigations as needed.
- Efficiently prioritize competing tasks according to business priorities?
- Maintain project budget accruals, invoicing, and changes to purchase orders
- 4 ?years?content, operations, project/program?management, or?relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and superior organization skills?
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Some schedule flexibility to enable collaboration with global team
- A flexible and adaptive mindset?
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills?
- Advanced computer proficiency skills using Excel and PowerPoint?
