Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time in our skilled nursing facility.
Each RN team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents.
Some responsibilities that come with working as the RN Supervisor...
- Complete RN assessments and documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents/incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
- Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee LPNs and CNAs work.
