Job Description
Area Operations Manager - Direct Hire
On-site in Hayward, CA
$90,000 to $100,000 salary bonus
Flexible work hours
The company provides 24/7 locksmith services across the country for home, business and roadside. The Area Operations Manager will be based out of the Hayward office and oversee the operations around East Bay.
Responsibilites:
-Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way,
-Execute management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and terminations.
-Handles management of customer complaints concerning driver performance
-Monitor budget and approve related expenditures
-Investigate, arbitrate, and settle customer damage and service complaints
Qualifications:
-2-5 Years of management experience with a minimum of 10 staff members in a similar industry is required
-Have schedule flexibility to support a 24/7 operations
-Valid Drivers License with Clean DMV Record
-Ability to pass a background check
-Knowledge in auto repair is a plus
