Job Description
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
- Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
- Continuously learning and staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
