Job Description
Our client is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their Call Center.
- Temp to hire, onsite opportunity
- Located in Irvine, CA
- Pay: $18.50-$21 an hour
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
