Our client is currently hiring a Case Management Program Manager to join their growing team.
- Fully on-site in Oakland, CA
- Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm
- Salary range: $68,000-75,000
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Programs director to lead Case Managers and service planning
- Train, coach, and motivate Case Managers and Engagement Specialist to implement the organizations vision of high-quality coaching services
- Clearly communicate organizational vision, mission and goals and youth needs to staff, community allies, our funders, and our partners
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to support organization-wide initiatives
- Coach, supervise, and provide professional development to staff, including weekly/biweekly one-on-one supervision, job-embedded coaching, work plans, and annual reviews
- Plan and facilitate weekly staff meetings and training
- Support data collection and program evaluation efforts by ensuring that all workshop attendance, participant evaluations, and other required documentation are being collected by staff and independent contractors and entered into online database in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive partnerships through regular, strategic communication
- Approve and manage payroll, staff expenses (mileage, reimbursements, training), manage program intakes and referrals, make staff assignments
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience supervising case management staff
- Passion for supporting the youth
- Ability to administer policies and procedures that ensure the safety and confidentiality of program participants
- Ability to develop positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and supervisors
- Ability to assume a leadership role in initiating workshops and activities
- Excellent communications skills
