Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience with design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication:

   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
   • Provide information about products, services and pricing.
   • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

2. Quoting and Order Processing:

   • Prepare and send accurate price quotes based on customer requirements.
   • Process orders efficiently and accurately, coordinating with the production team.
   • Manage order timelines and keep customers informed about the status of their orders.

3. Design Software Expertise:

   • Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to assist customers with design-related queries.
   • Offer basic design advice and troubleshooting to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay informed about the latest printing techniques, materials, and industry trends.
   • Educate customers on available options and recommend solutions that meet their needs.

5. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a print shop or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
