Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with federal and state labor law requirements and ensure that all company labor law information is distributed
  • Manage and fulfill requests for report updates in Sharepoint
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Workday ticketing system
  • Oversee the billing process related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payments, and resolving discrepancies
  • Execute meticulous data entry tasks for new hires and terminations in the COBRA system
  • Provide data entry support for various compensation and benefits systems and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration within PeopleOps.
  • Proven experience with PeopleOps systems, preferably Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in billing within a compensation and benefits context.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance and experience with updating labor law posters.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: : $25-30 DOE
  • Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Type: Temp-to-hire
