Job Description
Manufacturing Compound Mixing Operator - Woburn, MA
1st Shift - - 6am - 2:30pm (Mon thru Fri)
2nd Shift - 2:15pm - 10:45pm (Mon thru Fri)
TEMP TO HIRE
Pay rate: 20.00/hr to start - eligible to earn a quarterly bonus after conversion to a full time employee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Read work orders and Batch cards to determine production specifications and information.
*Precision Weigh Up of liquids, adhesives, paint and other conductive chemicals.
*Perform Mixing operation to batch card requirements.
*Print required product labels.
*Dispense material into proper containers.
*Label material containers.
*Package containers into corrugated box and apply proper label to the box.
*Record production information as required.
*Clean and maintain work area.
*Sustain Safety and 5S program.
*Perform Quality checks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS:
*High school diploma or GED required
*Manufacturing experience is a plus
*Must have working knowledge of weights and be able to use a scale
*Must have good math skills
*Must be able to work in a fast-pace department and be able to multi-task
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Must be authorized to work in the US
*Drug test and Background Check
