Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with perspective students on their request for grad school information.
  • Transfer to correct department for enrollment assistance.
  • Perform diligent outreach through a strategy of call, text, or email.
  • High volume outbound calling
  • Monitor KPIs and exceed goals weekly.
  • Establishing a rapport and documenting relevant activities conducted via phone/email with customers.
  • Provide feedback on processes, successes, and areas of improvement to Supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and attention to detail
