Duties and job responsibilities:
· Provide support to the Mineral Appraisal group and Industrial/Utility Appraisal group
· Promote collaboration between departments
· Request, analyze and process division orders from operators
· Analyze wills and deeds to solve estate transfers of ownership
· Process industrial, utility and business personal property tax renditions
· Work with others as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and enhanced productivity
Qualifications:
· Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS office and Excel is required
· Data Entry proficiency maintaining speed and accuracy
· Customer Service experience building new relationships and maintaining current clients
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to complete complex tasks with limited supervision
