What's Needed For This Role

  • Develop and execute branding reaching the community and stakeholders
  • Create marketing materials, including digital campaigns, using SEO/SEM across platforms
  • Collect and analyze data to track performance and metrics on platforms and website
  • Work with Chief Development Officer on marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing
  • 5 years marketing, including content creating and outreach
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred
  • Flexibility to be able to attend fundraising events, travel in Hartford area
  • Software skills. Canva experience a plus
