Job Description
Our client in the Boynton Beach area has an immediate need for a dispatch/repair coordinator. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment while utilizing your excellent customer service, scheduling, project management, and follow up abilities this position is for you. They also offer 100% employer paid healthcare, 401k match, and ample PTO. Ideal candidate comes from a background in a service industry such as HVAC, construction, or similar.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and dispatch service calls for customers' repairs, ensuring timely response and resolution
· Collaborate with assigned vendors and subcontractors to arrange contracts for services or products needed by our customers
· Manage quotation processes, including accurate pricing and details proposals
· Maintain accurate records of service calls, tracking process, and ensuring compliance with service agreements
· Consistent follow up activities to maintain timely communication with clients and vendors
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of experience with customer service and scheduling, preferably in service industry
· Excellent organizational, scheduling, and follow up skills with ability to prioritize
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
