Are you organized and experienced in refrigeration and HVAC systems? We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our client's team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role involves coordinating daily operations and ensuring effective communication between technicians, supervisors, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with technicians to monitor route progress and address changes or issues.
- Liaise with supervisors regarding parts needed, technician routes, and reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Track and organize truck parts and inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in air conditioning and supermarket refrigeration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
