Job Description

Facilities Manager (Manufacturing) DIRECT HIRE $125K- $135K Pittsfield, MA

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday

Must have:
* License OSHA 10 and/or 30
* valid driver's license - CDL Preferred

Facility Manufacturing Maintenance:
* Maintain day-to-day equipment operations.
* Completing or assigning maintenance orders.
* Preventative and routine maintenance.
* Review and service contracts.
* Check work orders.
* Create reports on maintenance, safety, repairs, etc.
* Work hand in hand with upper management to ensure facilities' needs are met.

Safety:
* Oversee and ensure OSHA compliance.
* Communicate workplace safety to employees.
* Check and update MSDS paperwork.
* Ensure forklift, crane, and relevant certifications are up to date and documented.
* Conduct accident investigations.

Occupational safety training and safety rules:
* HVAC Repair.
* Safety, Health and Environmental.
* Advanced Mechanical Skills
* Microsoft Office

Equipment Used:
* Forklift
