Junior Property Manager (Direct Hire Boston $55-$60k)
Location: Boston, MA
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Property Manager to join a property management firm that owns and operates multi-family apartment rentals, and commercial rentals in Boston and the surrounding area. The Junior Property Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of multi-family apartment rentals, single-family home rentals, and commercial rentals.Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.Conduct property inspections to assess condition of apartments prior to tenant move out, including meeting underwriters to conduct required inspections.Assist with leasing activities, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and fair housing laws.Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, and expense tracking.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is desirable.Knowledge of local rental regulations and fair housing laws preferred.-----
