Job Description
Manager - Licensing Brand Regular Full Time Valencia - Corporate Offices, Valencia, CA, US Salary Range:$75k annually The primary role of the position is communications with global licensees and the brand approval process. This includes all aspects of approvals and the routing of approvals through Licensing, Marketing, and Legal. "Protect the Brand" is objective number one at Licensing, this role is critical in that effort. Coordinates general licensee communications including broadcast e-mails, memos, notices, and announcements. Responsible for sample acquisition, program expense budget and logistics, literature development, and communications internally and externally. Responsible for management, licensee authorization, and content of the Licensing Portal. Also responsible for coordination with licensees and content in the licensing section of website. Responsible for department subscriptions and other resources. Responsible for office management of licensee contracts including updating contracts, management of files, coordination with Legal on new contracts and amendments, and updating the on-line contract overviews.
