Job Duties/Description:
* Process sales orders and package for shipment
* Process shipping charges and documentation
* Maintain accurate inventory
* Accurately receive and log incoming orders
* Coordinate with finance and sales teams on orders / updates
Requirements:
* Associate's Degree is preferred
* 1-3 years of order entry, customer service, or administrative work in a professional work environment
* Logistics experience is a plus!
* Proficiency with MS Office is required
* Knowledge of ERP systems, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $20-25/hr
* Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
* Location: In office
* Type: Temporary - start ASAP (3 months)
