Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Responsibilities
It is highly desirable to have experience working in and maintaining a clean room in accordance with GDP, cGMPs, and QSR standards.
Level - I
0 - 2 years' experience with high school diploma

Responsibilities
- Learn &execute basic production steps.
- Handle & weigh small components using tweezers or other tools.
- Safely handle hazardous chemicals & solutions.
- Gather components for eachtask/job & prepare for them to be used on the production floor.
- Document traceability of work completed in Paper & Electronic Records.
- Basic knowledge & ability to followGxP guidelines (cGMP, GDP, etc.) to comply with Quality System Regulation(QSR) requirements.
- Ability to read, interpret & follow work instructions, engineer drawings, & Standard Operating Procedures.
- Proper gowning in & out of cleanroom/ISO environment.
- Maintaining a safe & clean work environment.
- Retrieving materials/components from MAL (Material Air Lock), sanitizing packaging & transferring to the appropriate location.
- Transfer materials in Enterprise Resource Planning System to appropriate Sub inventorylocation.
- Neatly organize inventory in FEFO (First Expiry First Out) order.
- Ability to follow, execute, and adhere to documentation in accordance with cGMP, QSR, and GDP requirements: protocols, specifications, work instructions (WIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), BRs, and DHRs
- Ability to perform basic calculation and data entry
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and clean process equipment
- Ability to process and assemble components in accordance with documented specifications and procedures
- Ability to perform packaging and labeling operations
- Ability to perform in-process inspection of assemblies and finished products in accordance with specification criteria
- Organize and clean the work areas: clean room, production areas, laboratory areas, and warehouse
