Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Account Care Educator position in Orlando, FL!
Account Care Educator
Location: Onsite in Orlando, FL
Pay: $25.50 an hour (pay increase once converted) Bonus Opportunities!
Duration: 4 months, temp-to-hire
Responsibilities:
- Speak with doctors offices and field team as the face of the program.
- Working with escalations and managing the accounts assigned to them, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for their territory
- Handle all inbound calls working with denials.
- 1-2 years of experience communicating with healthcare professionals and field support staff
- 3 to 5 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers in regard to health insurance plan requirements
- Billing & Coding expertise
- High customer service, communicates well, account manager, organized
- Excellent verbal communication skills and grammar
- Salesforce system experience preferred
- Experience with buy & bill insurance process
