Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Accounting firm located in Burlington, MA on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office environment, have a strong client service mindset, create efficiencies, be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and foster a positive work culture. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high satisfaction with our clients.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Hybrid, 4 on 1 remote, flexible hours 7AM-4PM, 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM
SALARY: $55,000 -$65,000 DOE
LOCATION: Burlington, MA (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, client account management.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary items as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience in office operation or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.
- Preferred but not required, bachelor's degree in business administration, office operation, or related field.
