Job Description
Job Duties/Description:
- Receive client requests and ensure all are properly documented in the database
- Assign and dispatch technicians to projects
- Purchase materials and monitor the delivery to fulfill requests
- Ensure clients are being supported throughout the project
- Review costs and prepare for invoicing
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of clerical, customer service, or administrative experience (open to recent grads!)
- Ability to research and problem-solve with minimal direction
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Background and drug screening required
Additional Info:
- Pay: $45K annually
- Schedule: 10:00 am-7:00 pm M-F
