Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client in the downtown Chicago area to find Order Entry Clerks to join their growing team.

Job Information:

  • Temporary-to-hire
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexibility between 7am - 4pm.
  • Pay: $17/HR - $19/HR, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by our clients.
  • Heavy data entry
  • Multi-Tasker
  • Research locations/facilities
  • Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage.
  • Internally track parts as necessary
  • Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status
  • Handle problem requests/research/follow-up
  • Quality checks all documents, entries, and legal paperwork.
  • Resend requests/additional documentation as needed.
  • Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests.
  • Save/Scan all documents.
  • Cross-training within the department

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience.
  • Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
