Job Description
Our fast-growing client is looking to expand their team with an Order Processing Specialist. This is a great temporary to hire role with a beverage company local to N. County. This role is looking for someone who excels with attention to detail, can retain information, and who wants to have FUN at work!
- Receive & process orders into ERP system
- Opening new customer accounts
- Update and maintain active customer accounts
- Problem resolution
- Data entry
- Answer questions regarding billing
- Follow-up with customers on tracking status
- Provide information about products & pricing
- Documentation of each customer interaction
- General customer inquiries
