Are you a Funder/ Closer savvy in Reverse Mortgage?

We are hiring immediately for a beautiful corporate office in Irvine, CA!

Part Time M - F 5 - 6 hours daily

Hourly Pay $25.00 - $30.00 Depending on experience

Qualifications:

  • Must have recent Reverse Mortgage experience in Doc Prep or Funding
  • 4 Years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Process 50 - 80 loans per month
  • Draws loan documents and funds loans according to established timelines, regulations and procedures
  • Reviews approved loans to ensure that documents are complete, consistent and that requirements are met prior to close
  • Ensures data integrity
  • Coordinates and schedules closing
  • Creates and assembles documents for delivery to title or escrow
  • Reviews and prepares signed loan documents for funding
  • Obtains reviews and responds to needed PTF conditions
  • Prepares and packages loan funding documents
  • Review and respond to exception reports
  • Upload all final documents into company imaging system
