Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Palm Springs Florida.
Job Summary: Our client, a medical billing company is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role revolves around showcasing products through compelling demonstrations to both potential and existing clients while delivering unparalleled customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive presentations of our application, spotlighting its advantages and features for potential clients.
- Provide stellar customer support, ensuring the swift and professional resolution of issues.
- Play a pivotal role in crafting promotional materials and captivating content to elevate the product's visibility.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to amplify customer engagement and foster product adoption.
- Gather and dissect user feedback to steer continuous product enhancements.
- Keep a vigilant eye on application performance metrics and deliver insightful reports to the management.
Qualifications:
- Mastery in Salesforce, Calendly, Stripe, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Zoom.
- Above-average computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft products.
- A background in IT is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with social media and the ability to create grammatically precise, branded materials.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Suite products or equivalent.
- Prior exposure to customer service, sales, marketing, and/or CRM usage is highly desirable.
