Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join one of our fabulous clients in Davis CA! This position is full-time, Monday-Friday paying $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of QA/QC departments on site and assign tasks
- Provide performance feedback
- Budget oversight
- Approves manufacturing and packaging master files
- Reviews batch records for manufacturing, packaging, testing and deviations
- Manage audit programs and hust external and internal audits
- Handle customer complaints and recommend department changes based on findings
- Attend conferences as well as continuing education and development activities
Qualifications:
- A strong background in Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and Chemical Refulatory Expectations, industry standards, and guidance is a must
- Working knowledge of ISP, IPEC, ICH, FDA, EMA, and TGA is a must
- A Bachelor in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Engineering or equivilant experience in a cGMP Manufacturing environment in Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, Food, or Chmical Industries
- 5-10 years experience
- Previous supervisor or managerial experience in a dynamic working environment
