Solderer (1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available)

Job Description

Hiring for Solderers in the Orange County Area. 1st and 2nd shifts are available.

Pay Rate: $18/hr

• 1st Shift: (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

• 2nd Shift: (2:30 pm to 11 pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to follow work instructions and interpret mechanical and PCBA documentation written in English
• Assist with simple rework, hand soldering and minor troubleshooting
• Maintain necessary logs and records
• Ability to utilize hand held tools such as tweezers, soldering iron, hotplate, etc.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

• Verbal and written communication between co-workers, production line, SMT operators and other departments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Must have strong attention to detail
