Position: Senior Machine Operator

Location: Franklin County, Mo.

Pay: $24-26/hr (depending on experience)

Status: Direct Hire

Shifts: 3:55am - 4:05pm Monday - Thursday (12-hour shifts)

4:05 pm - 3:55 am (nights)

Overview:
As a Senior Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your responsibilities will include verifying component codes, acquiring sufficient materials, and maintaining accuracy and quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Verify component codes against work orders.
• Acquire enough components for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare the production area for new runs.
• Maintain the Domer and Tipper machines.
• Operate machinery at maximum performance levels.
• Report safety hazards and procedural issues.
• Perform quality checks using various gauges.
• Complete valve placement and monitor machinery.
• Assist in changeovers of the filling area.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with production instructions.
• Perform daily periodic maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace according to protocols.
