Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a company in Long Beach who is hiring for 10 seasonal customer service call center positions. The pay for these positions is from $20-$23 based on experience.   1. Answer consumer calls - English, Spanish & French Calls

  • Take phone orders - English, Spanish & French Calls

  • Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks (Monthly Report)

  • Inventory subs

  • Hold Orders

  • W-hold Orders

  • Processing correction requests

  • Processing consumer e-mails

  • Processing call backs

  • Monthly Inventory Order

  • Train new agents in products

  • Train new agents in computer systems

  • Train new agents in reviewing test

  • Bazaarvoice Review

  • Assist on answering questions from all agents

  • FedEx issuing, processing, and following up on FedEx call tags
